I loved this Cafe years ago. Now it is just awful, food disgusting. I had a brand new suit on it it was completely ruined as the food was covered in oil and just dripped everywhere.
Sad to see a thriving business deteriorate to such an extent.
I talked to local people they feel the same.

Jan, We were very disappointed to see this review this morning.
When you were in with your husband recently, you were warmly greeted by our Manager. Elaine took time to talk with you as she had not seen you in a number of years. If you were having an issue with your food, you had ample opportunity then to discuss it with Elaine. Our staff are always available to try and remedy any complaint, both at the table and when customers go to pay.
I have checked with all staff and no complaint was made by yourself.
Instead you have chosen to take to the internet to slate our business with this most unkind review.
Our customer base is in the majority made up of local customers who shop and dine with us weekly and even daily. Our food is not ‘awful and disgusting’ and our business is thankfully still thriving after over 45 years.
If you ever have a problem in another establishment, I would hope that you would speak to the humans in front of you, rather than choosing to leave an unpleasant indelible mark on the internet.
